XHFILTER is a microporous pleated filter made entirely of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel, with a pleated filter element as the filter element. It is capable of retaining particles and bacteria larger than 0.1 microns in liquids and gases, has high filtration accuracy, high filtration speed, low adsorption, no washout of filter material, no leakage, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, backwashing and other advantages. It is an ideal filtration equipment for biopharmaceutical, electronics, brewing and beverage, chemical, water treatment and other industries.
Operating instructions
◎ Clean the filter and connecting parts thoroughly, and install the filter element and housing correctly.
◎ Before starting, check that the injection pump rotates in the correct direction, check the tightness of connections and close all valves.
◎ Before starting, first slowly open the inlet valve to bleed the air, then open the outlet valve to begin normal filtration.
◎ If the pressure drop across the filter is found to be greater than 0.1 MPa or the flow rate has noticeably decreased, this indicates that most of the pores of the filter element are clogged. It is recommended to clean or replace the filter element.
