The five-layer sintered mesh consists of a protective layer, a filtration layer, a distribution layer and two support layers. This is a standard widely used sintered filtration material. Manufactured by sequentially laying five layers of stainless steel woven mesh, vacuum sintering at temperatures above 1000 °C, followed by pressure diffusion solid dissolution and rolling. By design, this is an analogue of five layers of mesh welded without disturbing the structure, due to which the material has high overall rigidity and is easy to cut, bend, stamp, weld and other types of mechanical processing. Filtration is carried out over the surface of the mesh, liquid is supplied from the thin side, and cleaning is simple. The material is ideal for high-pressure backwashing and is easy to form and weld. Filter elements of round, tubular, conical, wavy and other shapes are made from it.
The five-layer sintered mesh provides stable filtration efficiency, is highly durable, easy to clean back, has a long service life and a favorable price-quality ratio. It is the optimal filtration material for processes with high requirements for compressive strength and uniform filtration accuracy. Characteristics of five-layer sintered mesh
1. High Strength and Rigidity: Excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance. Good machinability, weldability and ease of assembly.
2. Stable filtration precision: the filtration layer is protected by meshes on both sides, diffusion sintering technology prevents the cells from deforming. The filtration layer is located as a second layer, simultaneously distributing the flow and performing a protective function, ensuring uniform, stable filtration efficiency.
3. High corrosion and thermal resistance: The standard five-layer sintered mesh is made of SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel, has excellent corrosion resistance. The heat resistance of stainless steel allows the mesh to be used for filtration in acid-base environments at temperatures from -200 °C to 480 °C.
4. Easy to clean: the surface filtration structure provides effective backwashing, the material is designed for repeated use and has a long service life.
5. Ease of processing: amenable to cutting, bending, stamping, machining, welding and other operations.
