Sintered felt filter element is mainly made of sintered felt filter element and stainless steel woven mesh processed by folding method. The sintered felt filter element can be made in the form of a multilayer structure with pore sizes ranging from coarse to fine, which has high porosity and high dirt-holding capacity. Stainless steel mesh is woven from stainless steel wires of different diameters, and the filter element made from it has the characteristics of good strength, not easy to fall off, easy to clean, high temperature resistance and economical use.
The sintered felt filter element effectively eliminates the defects caused by metal clogging and vulnerability. This compensates for the disadvantage of low consumption of powder filter materials and improves the heat and pressure resistance characteristics of filter paper and filter cloth. Therefore, the stainless steel sintered felt filter element has excellent filtering properties and is an ideal filter material that has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high precision.
