Standard five-layer sintered mesh filter elements are made by twisting five-layer sintered mesh filter media. Five-layer sintered mesh is produced by stacking five layers of stainless steel mesh on top of each other, followed by vacuum sintering. Filters made from this material are characterized by high corrosion resistance, good permeability, increased strength, ease of direct and reverse washing, uniform filtration accuracy, material hygiene and the absence of delamination of the mesh wire.
The mesh cells of different layers intertwine with each other, forming a uniform, optimal filtration structure. Thanks to this, the material has advantages that are not available to conventional metal mesh: high strength, rigidity, stable cell shape. The ability to specifically select and design pore sizes, permeability and strength characteristics provides excellent filtration accuracy, low flow resistance, high mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and processability. The complex of operational properties is superior to other types of filter materials.
