High performance filter designed for large diameter pipelines and high flow rates. It uses a stainless steel pleated filter element as a filter element, the filtration area of which is many times larger than the area of conventional perforated basket filter elements and rod pleated filter elements of competitors. With an open surface ratio of over 50% and a straight-through design, maximum flow is achieved with minimal pressure drop, significantly reducing overall size and weight. When stopping the filter for maintenance, one person is enough.
The water to be purified enters the housing through the inlet pipe. Impurities are deposited on the stainless steel mesh, resulting in a pressure drop. The differential pressure sensor monitors the change in the difference between the inlet and outlet pipes. When the pressure drop reaches a set value, the electrical controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor, initiating the following actions: the motor rotates the brush, which cleans the filter element, and at the same time the control valve opens to discharge contaminants. The entire cleaning process lasts only a few tens of seconds. Once cleaning is complete, the control valve closes, the engine stops, the system returns to its original state and the next filtration cycle begins.
