The thickness of the perforated sheet can be selected depending on the requirements; canvas mesh can be used in one or several layers. Thanks to its support on the perforated sheet, the composite mesh has high compressive strength and high mechanical strength. Sintered together, they combine the good breathability of a canvas mesh with the mechanical strength of a perforated sheet. Products can be manufactured in the form of cylinders, discs, plates, conical filters and are widely used in industries such as water treatment, beverage production, food, metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
Since the sintered mesh with perforated sheet is a supporting frame with a filter mesh sintered into one piece, it has the following characteristics:
(1) High rigidity and mechanical strength; Thanks to the support of the perforated sheet, it has the highest mechanical strength and compressive strength among sintered meshes.
(2) High filtration accuracy; The filtration fineness range is from 1 to 100 microns, providing reliable filtration characteristics.
(3) Easy to clean; surface filtration is used, which is especially suitable for backwashing.
(4) Deformation resistance; the shape of the cells is fixed, the pore size is uniform, there are no blind holes.
(5) Corrosion resistance and heat resistance; withstands high temperatures up to 480°C.
