1. Uniform pore size, high porosity, stable pore shape;
2. Uniform dispersion of air bubbles, small diameter of aeration bubbles, large area of gas-liquid interface;
3. High temperature resistance, stable operation at temperatures up to 280°C;
4. Low filtration resistance, high separation and purification efficiency, excellent mechanical properties;
5. No pore blockage, high chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance;
6. Oxidation resistance, energy consumption reduced by 40% compared to standard aerators;
7. Non-magnetic, non-toxic, no peeling or contamination, excellent biocompatibility;
8. High resistance to microorganisms, does not react with microorganisms;
9. High sealing performance, compact structure, damage resistance, suitable for harsh environments;
10. Possibility of regeneration without dismantling, easy cleaning, long service life.
1. Ozone sterilization and aeration of clean and mineral water;
2. Ozone aeration of industrial wastewater;
3. Aeration in aeration baths for the treatment of domestic wastewater;
4. Ozone aeration of petrochemical wastewater.
1. Alkaline washing: soaking in a 3-5% solution of chemically pure sodium hydroxide for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 ° C. Optimal results are achieved in an ultrasonic washing unit. After soaking, rinse inside and outside with filtered deionized or injection water until neutral, measure electrical conductivity. Dry with clean air under pressure ≥0.4 MPa.
2. Acid washing: soaking in a 5% nitric acid solution for at least 8 hours at a temperature of 40 °C. Optimal results are achieved in an ultrasonic washing unit. After soaking, rinse inside and outside with filtered deionized or injection water until neutral, measure electrical conductivity. Dry with clean air under pressure ≥0.4 MPa.
3. The two methods described above can be used separately or alternated with each other. If possible, the combined use of ultrasonic cleaning improves the result.
4. When contaminated with organic substances, cleaning with surfactants is recommended; When contaminated with cell fragments, enzyme purification is optimal. (For the food and beverage industry, concentrated citric acid cleaning is used.)
