This unit is mounted on the fluidizer at the bottom of the purge tank or inside the pulverized coal hopper bottom fluidizer assembly. The gas passes through the fluidizing plate and mixes evenly with the coal dust of the bed, forming a fluidized gas-solid mixture. This prevents coal dust from clumping, caking and arching, allowing for long-distance transport.
The fluidizing plate is made of high-performance sintered stainless steel mesh using a high-tech recipe. Its advantages: heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, increased rigidity, long service life, high pore precision and uniform gas flow distribution.
The equipment provides excellent fluidization effect and stable operation, and is a key component for dense-phase transportation of bulk materials.
Allows you to regulate the consumption of transported material, saves the consumption of transport gas and reduces operating costs.
Fluidizing plates are manufactured in different design options: stationary welded, removable (fixed with bolts) and other designs.
Wide range of operating modes, simple technological adjustment, no leakage of bulk material, eliminates malfunctions in the form of breakdowns, short circuits and blockages, long service life. Sintered metal plates are widely used in feeding coal dust into alumina production plants and blast furnaces.
